The rapid development of the city has made it increasingly urgent for companies to improve the quality of work and life and the need for a digital office. The headquarters of Fadada is located in Qianhai Building in Shenzhen, which has extremely avant-garde office and living standards. How to extract the rigorous and homogeneous exterior of the building to fit the industry attributes of Fadada, and extend the legal rigor and digital technology from the building to the interior? E Studio wanted to create a holistic perception of the interior and exterior, forming a flexible and functional space for effective collaboration, work, and rest, to boldly conceive the possibilities of the future office scenario and become a place where creativity can be stimulated.

Dedicated to providing enterprises, governments, and individuals with online collaborative signing and management services for e-contracts and e-documents based on legal digital signature technology, Fadada is the leading e-contract and e-signature cloud service platform in China. Founded in 2014, Fadada is headquartered in Shenzhen and has branches or offices in more than 20 cities across China. E Studio was invited to design its new headquarters office in Shenzhen and work together to think about a more youth-friendly office style and possibilities.

Immersive Experience

It is often said that "life is like a play" and that people often switch between different scenarios and roles, committing themselves to different roles to better complete their work. A space that fits the properties of the industry allows people to quickly "get into the scene" so that they can cope with the day's work with the best mental outlook.

Fusion of Nature and Technology

In the reception hall with a technological atmosphere, the wall of the greenery grows upwards like a column with a mirror reflection, making the natural ecology and the sense of technology intertwine into a vibrant scene. E Studio hopes that visitors will be infected by the natural and flourishing ecological sense and that the moment they enter Fadada's headquarters, they will feel the power of the company's brand spirit and pursuit, and feel that the future has arrived with the megatrend of digitalization.

Forestry Office

Through the lobby to the landscaped terrace, as an extension of the office space, sunlight and nature are introduced outdoors as if you were in a forest office retreat. Embrace nature, and create a hedonistic sustainable office concept that allows work to be an extension of life.

E Studio attempts to break the boring office life of a two-point line by adding more interesting touch points and scenes to convey the brand spirit in the form of a spatial narrative.

Metal doors and repetitive light curtains create a surreal spatial experience, with branded colors of gradient glass providing a deep visual extension. Traversing the corridors is like a star trek, transitioning into an immersive sci-fi office experience.

The business conference room space emphasizes a rigorous and technological meeting atmosphere, with tables customized to facilitate communication with curved enclosing table tops, complete with a full-surface writing glass.

As the most frequently used area, the principle of office design is to create an efficient open-plan office order that is simple, clean, and disciplined. The borderless format encourages instant communication and brainstorming as employees are no longer restricted by their desks.

The departmental managers' offices are dispersed in the open office area in the form of "islands" to emphasize the independence of the space while at the same time focusing on the openness of the view. The lightness of the island is enhanced by the mirrored metal and the special treatment of a matte gradient coating.

Functional Space Is Fun and Pleasant

Nowadays, people seem more willing to collaborate and communicate in an informal working environment. Under the requirement of high-density office space, combined with diverse office furniture, E Studio intersperses interesting functional spaces in each office area, making communication and collaboration take place in a more enjoyable and inspiring environment.
